113. Surah Al-Falaq (The Daybreak)
سُورَةُ الفلقReciter: Sheikh Mishary Rashid Alafasy • Guided by Ustadha Fatima Al-Zahra
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
قُلْqulSay
أَعُوذُaʿūdhuI seek refuge
بِرَبِّbirabbiin (the) Lord
ٱلْفَلَقِl-falaqi(of) the dawn
Say, 'I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak
مِنminFrom
شَرِّsharri(the) evil
مَاmā(of) what
خَلَقَkhalaqaHe created
From the evil of that which He created
وَمِنwaminAnd from
شَرِّsharri(the) evil
غَاسِقٍghāsiqin(of) darkness
إِذَاidhāwhen
وَقَبَwaqabait spreads
And from the evil of darkness when it settles
وَمِنwaminAnd from
شَرِّsharri(the) evil
ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِl-nafāthāti(of) the blowers
فِىfīin
ٱلْعُقَدِl-ʿuqadithe knots
And from the evil of the blowers in knots
وَمِنwaminAnd from
شَرِّsharri(the) evil
حَاسِدٍḥāsidin(of) an envier
إِذَاidhāwhen
حَسَدَḥasadahe envies
And from the evil of an envier when he envies.'
