114. Surah An-Nas (Mankind)
سُورَةُ الناسReciter: Sheikh Mishary Rashid Alafasy • Guided by Ustadha Fatima Al-Zahra
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
قُلْqulSay
أَعُوذُaʿūdhuI seek refuge
بِرَبِّbirabbiin (the) Lord
ٱلنَّاسِl-nāsi(of) mankind
Say, 'I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,
مِنminFrom
شَرِّsharri(the) evil
ٱلْوَسْوَاسِl-waswāsi(of) the whisperer
ٱلْخَنَّاسِl-khanāsithe one who withdraws
From the evil of the retreating whisperer —
ٱلَّذِىalladhīThe one who
يُوَسْوِسُyuwaswisuwhispers
فِىfīin
صُدُورِṣudūri(the) breasts
ٱلنَّاسِl-nāsi(of) mankind
Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind —
مِنَminaFrom
ٱلْجِنَّةِl-jinatithe jinn
وَٱلنَّاسِwal-nāsiand men
From among the jinn and mankind.'
