28. Surah Al-Qasas (The Stories)
سُورَةُ القصصReciter: Sheikh Mishary Rashid Alafasy • Guided by Ustadha Maryam Al-Dimashqiyyah
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
وَلَاwalāAnd (do) not
تَدْعُtadʿuinvoke
مَعَmaʿawith
ٱللَّهِl-lahiAllah
إِلَٰهًاilāhanany god
ءَاخَرَākharaother
لَآlā(There is) no
إِلَٰهَilāhagod
إِلَّاillāexcept
هُوَhuwaHim
كُلُّkulluEvery
شَىْءٍshayinthing
هَالِكٌhālikun(will) perish
إِلَّاillāexcept
وَجْهَهُۥwajhahuHis Face
لَهُlahuTo Him (belongs)
ٱلْحُكْمُl-ḥuk'muthe judgment
وَإِلَيْهِwa-ilayhiand to Him
تُرْجَعُونَtur'jaʿūnayou will be returned
And do not invoke with Allah another deity. There is no deity except Him. Everything will be destroyed except His Face. His is the judgment, and to Him you will be returned.
