36. Surah Ya-Sin (Ya Sin)

سُورَةُ يس

Reciter: Sheikh Mishary Rashid Alafasy • Guided by Ustadha Maryam Al-Dimashqiyyah

Ayah:

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

يسٓyā-sīnYa-Seen

Ya, Seen.

وَٱلْقُرْءَانِwal-qur'āniBy the Qur'an

ٱلْحَكِيمِl-ḥakīmithe Wise

By the wise Qur'an.

إِنَّكَinnakaIndeed you

لَمِنَlamina(are) surely among

ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَl-mur'salīnathe messengers

Indeed you, [O Muhammad], are from among the messengers,

فَسُبْحَٰنَfasub'ḥānaSo glorified is

ٱلَّذِىalladhīthe One

بِيَدِهِۦbiyadihiin Whose Hand

مَلَكُوتُmalakūtu(is the) dominion

كُلِّkulli(of) every

شَىْءٍshayinthing

وَإِلَيْهِwa-ilayhiand to Him

تُرْجَعُونَtur'jaʿūnayou will be returned

So exalted is He in whose hand is the realm of all things, and to Him you will be returned.
