85. Surah Al-Buruj (The Mansions of the Stars)

سُورَةُ البروج

Reciter: Sheikh Mishary Rashid Alafasy • Guided by Ustadha Fatima Al-Zahra

Ayah:

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

وَٱلسَّمَآءِwal-samāiBy the sky

ذَاتِdhāticontaining

ٱلْبُرُوجِl-burūjithe constellations

By the sky containing great stars

وَٱلْيَوْمِwal-yawmiAnd the Day

ٱلْمَوْعُودِl-mawʿūdithe promised

And [by] the promised Day

فِىfīIn

لَوْحٍlawḥina Tablet

مَّحْفُوظٍۭmaḥfūẓinPreserved
